In collaboration with a local animal welfare nonprofit Austin Pets Alive! and a School of Undergraduate Studies course, "Leadership, Ethics, & Animals," taught by English Professor Jerome Bump, students are joining the campaign to make Austin a "no-kill" city for homeless animals  - and honing their writing skills in the process.
